Sales Internship – Support Projects & Market Research

About the role

The Sales Internship supports sales administration, market research, and client engagement within PZ Cussons. You will assist in planning, executing and monitoring departmental projects while gaining exposure to FMCG market dynamics and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of sales‑related projects and initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to inform business decisions and prepare reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities and supply‑chain operations.
• Track project progress, provide regular updates to the supervisor and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of marketing, sales and FMCG market dynamics.
• Knowledge of project‑management principles and data‑analysis concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Previous internship, industrial attachment or academic project experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and business reports.
• Basic project coordination and management skills.
