Sales Manager – Agriculture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our agricultural machinery business in Kenya. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high‑performing team, and building strong relationships with farms, cooperatives and large‑scale growers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Manage key customer relationships and dealer networks across the country.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with major agricultural equipment brands.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on the Kenyan agricultural sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management within agricultural machinery, farm equipment or related heavy‑equipment sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience working with farms, cooperatives and large‑scale growers in Kenya.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, marketing or a related field (preferred).
