Sales Manager ICT Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will be based in Nairobi and will drive B2B revenue growth for an ICT and cybersecurity solutions provider serving banks, telecoms and large enterprises across East Africa. The role focuses on hunting new enterprise accounts and deepening relationships with C‑suite decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new opportunities in BFSI, fintech and telecom verticals.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors and other senior stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract negotiation and post‑sale handover.
• Prepare high‑quality technical proposals, commercial bids and respond to RFPs/tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client pain points to refine positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in the corporate CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience in ICT, cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise‑level deals.
• Strong understanding of the East African enterprise market, especially banking, insurance and telecom sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

What we offer

• Gross salary KES 180,000 – 230,000 per month.
