Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales operations in Nairobi. The role will focus on driving the marketing and sale of ready‑to‑move‑in homes, expanding our client base and delivering strong revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Market and sell ready homes using both traditional and digital channels.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase property visibility.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and support the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Negotiate terms, close sales deals and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reporting to management.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales, specifically ready homes.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or real‑estate.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
