Sales & Marketing Administrator

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Administrator will support Afrinet Telecom’s growth by handling sales administration, generating leads, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The role blends customer‑facing coordination with online content creation to boost brand visibility and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads; prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and coordinate onboarding and after‑sales support.
• Monitor sales pipelines, produce weekly and monthly sales reports and assist the team in meeting revenue targets.
• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, bulk SMS and WhatsApp.
• Create marketing assets such as graphics, videos, reels, blogs, case studies, brochures and promotional materials.
• Manage paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, optimise performance and report insights.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, activations and partnership events.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and recommend acquisition and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing or customer relationship management.
• Proven ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in B2B sales or technology products is a plus.
