About the role
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the sales and marketing teams in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This entry‑level position offers exposure to both sales processes and marketing initiatives within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
- Maintain customer databases and accurate sales records.
- Support marketing campaigns, including social‑media activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and conduct follow‑ups.
- Assist in organising marketing events and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using social‑media platforms for business purposes.
