Sales & Marketing Intern – Real Estate (2 positions)

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in sales and marketing within the real‑estate sector. You will support the team in generating leads, engaging customers, and promoting property projects across Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate prospective customers through referrals, social media, activations, exhibitors, and cold calling.
• Collect and update customer information in the company CRM/database and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Make follow‑up calls, respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and social platforms, and provide accurate information on plot locations, prices, payment plans, and project features.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating plot‑viewing visits, confirm attendance, and support customers during site visits and registration.
• Prepare quotations, reservation forms, and sales documentation; follow up on reservation payments and instalment schedules.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, outdoor activations, and property expos; distribute marketing materials and promote projects on digital platforms.
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow‑up of all inquiries.
• Prepare daily lead generation reports, submit weekly activity and performance reports, and keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or current student seeking an industrial attachment or internship.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
