Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our chemical and beauty product range to retailers, salons, and beauty shops across the Westlands area. You will be the face of Lumina Chemicals, building relationships and driving growth in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell company products to retailers, salons, beauty shops, and other target customers.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase repeat sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Visit assigned areas, gather market feedback and report insights.
• Promote products through physical visits and, where appropriate, social media channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales, beauty products, cosmetics, FMCG, or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, presentable, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Nairobi market is beneficial.
• Smartphone literacy and basic social‑media knowledge preferred.
