Sales & Marketing Representative – LPG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to drive the growth of our LPG business. The role focuses on expanding the retail network, acquiring new customers and strengthening brand presence across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new LPG retail outlets, distributors and business partners.
• Map territories and develop strategies to increase sales and customer penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with HORECA outlets, retailers and key customers.
• Manage a network of LPG dealers to ensure product availability.
• Drive sales through visits, market activations, promotions and relationship management.
• Engage brand ambassadors to raise product awareness.
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the General Manager.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in LPG, FMCG, energy or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing customer portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
