Sales & Marketing Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell real‑estate properties for a leading Nairobi‑based firm. The role involves generating leads, presenting properties, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.
• Market and promote real‑estate properties to potential clients.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client follow‑up reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate sales or property marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑oriented.
• Valid passport; US visa is an advantage.
