Sales & Marketing Specialist – Professional Training

About the role

PEMARC Training Institute is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote and sell its professional certification courses and corporate training solutions. The role involves generating leads, acquiring corporate and individual clients, and meeting revenue targets through both field and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell PEMARC’s professional certification courses and corporate training solutions.
• Generate new business through corporate visits, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and cold prospecting.
• Identify client training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Represent PEMARC at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead‑generating campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience selling professional training courses or certification programs.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Experience using social media and digital marketing to generate leads.
