Sales Nutritionist

About the role

As a Sales Nutritionist you will act as a trusted wellness expert and revenue driver in our premium airport retail stores. You will blend solid nutrition knowledge with consultative selling to deliver personalized, science‑based recommendations on supplements, beauty, health and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Promote high‑margin supplements, beauty, health and wellness items, including seasonal promotions and bundles.
• Increase average basket value by identifying customer needs and offering value‑driven recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, educating and building genuine connections.
• Capture customer data (with consent), conduct follow‑ups and enrol customers in the loyalty programme.
• Maintain optimal inventory through regular stock‑takes, accurate reporting and timely reordering.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, visually appealing and professionally merchandised.
• Stay updated on nutrition science, supplement trends and emerging health products, and recommend new items.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet collective store and category targets and mentor colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or a closely related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or related discipline is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within nutrition, supplements or wellness.
• Entry‑level position with a focus on customer‑centric selling.
