Sales Operations Officer (Kiambu)

About the role

HomeBiogas is seeking a Sales Operations Officer to support its sales processes across Kenya, focusing on the Kiambu region. The role will act as the operational hub linking sales, marketing, finance and customer support to ensure smooth lead management and timely approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations across all regions, ensuring efficient execution of sales processes.
• Manage lead flow, customer approvals, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Provide operational support to sales teams to meet business targets.
• Oversee CRM management, performance monitoring and process compliance.
• Prepare sales reports and drive continuous improvement of sales operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, business operations or customer support.
• Experience supporting field sales teams and coordinating cross‑functional activities.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Experience in agriculture, renewable energy, financial services or FMCG is a plus.
