Sales Person

About the role

The Sales Person will promote and sell smartphones through our device financing program, engaging walk‑in customers and converting inquiries into sales. You will work on‑site at our Westlands retail store, building relationships with staff and customers while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell smartphones using the company’s financing options.
• Engage walk‑in customers, explain product features, financing terms and eligibility.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned store.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and complete financing applications.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, data protection and anti‑fraud procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Represent the brand professionally and participate in campaigns and training.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related field (advantageous).
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, micro‑finance, banking or telecommunications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures.
