About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Person to promote and sell the Lipa Mdogo Mdogo mobile phone range in Nairobi’s Westlands area. The role involves direct interaction with customers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Present the mobile phone products, explain benefits, and handle objections.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and report performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
Required profile
- Residency in Westlands or surrounding neighborhoods.
- At least 12 months of experience selling mobile phones or similar consumer electronics.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
