Sales Personnel – Retail & FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Personnel to join Mom Easy Company Limited in Nairobi. The role focuses on promoting and selling our retail, fashion and FMCG products to both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project contact numbers.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
• Manage account services through quality checks and follow‑up.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Based in or willing to work in Nairobi, Westlands.
