Sales Representative - Cosmetics Products

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales Representative for cosmetics products in Karibangi. The role focuses on growing the customer base, building a sales pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with cosmetic shops, salons, pharmacies and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers such as cosmetic shops, salons, pharmacies and retail outlets, and build a strong sales pipeline through regular market visits and lead generation.
• Develop and implement sales approaches to meet monthly sales targets and increase product uptake.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, recommend suitable products and handle inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Visit fields regularly to raise product awareness and availability, monitor competitors and support product promotions.
• Keep accurate records of visits, orders and market feedback, prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with internal teams on order delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
• Proven experience selling cosmetics, beauty or personal care products or related FMCG products.
• Existing networks with cosmetic shops, pharmacies and salons are highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and manage a territory.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare sales reports.
