Sales Representative (Customer Service Experience) – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, professional Sales Representative to generate new business for our outsourcing services. The position is fully remote, part‑time, and follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. You will prospect, cold‑call, and follow up with potential clients via email.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and decision‑makers.
• Manage follow‑up communications through effective email outreach.
• Identify sales opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Record and update prospect information in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Utilise tools such as ZoomInfo for prospect generation.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM).
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Cold‑calling experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
