Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will generate leads, build strong client relationships and consistently meet sales targets in a furniture retail environment. You will work closely with the showroom team, designers and technical staff to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to exceed monthly targets.
• Welcome clients in the showroom, identify needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations with technical support.
• Create quotations, negotiate terms and manage order booking.
• Process payments, coordinate deliveries and act as the main point of contact for post‑delivery issues.
• Build long‑term client relationships, provide after‑sales support and update the client database.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in furniture retail sales.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement and deal closure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and business ethics.
• Ability to engage confidently with high‑end clients and customise solutions.
