Sales Representative – E‑commerce Platform

About the role

Carbon Cube Kenya is seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Sales Representative to grow sales on its e‑commerce platform. You will combine sales, customer support and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase engagement and sales.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Understand client needs and align services accordingly.
• Monitor e‑commerce trends and market dynamics for sales opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for both buyers and sellers.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within schedule.
• Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress and challenges.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
