Sales Representative (Electric Motorbikes)

About the role

Join a dynamic team selling cutting‑edge electric motorbikes to both individual and corporate customers in Nairobi. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads, demonstrating product benefits, and closing sales while promoting clean‑energy mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field sales, referrals, and prospecting.
• Promote and sell electric motorbikes to individual and corporate clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Educate customers on financing options, warranties, servicing schedules, and battery maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, automobiles, electric vehicles or related products.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Valid motorcycle riding license is an advantage.
• Passion for clean energy and electric mobility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
