Sales Representative – Financial Services (POS Solutions)

About the role

Network International is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive the adoption of its point‑of‑sale (POS) solutions within the banking and financial services sector in Nairobi. You will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable POS and financial service products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular progress reports.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
• Continuously update product knowledge and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in financial services, preferably with POS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a persuasive and enthusiastic demeanor.
