Sales Representative – FMCG (5 Positions Available)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring five full-time Sales Representatives for its FMCG business, based on Mombasa Road. The role covers territory development, client retention, order processing and reporting, with a base pay of KSh 35,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Sales generation and territory management: drive daily, weekly and monthly sales volumes to meet and exceed quotas, onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and distributors, and plan efficient daily routes.
• Account management: retain existing corporate and retail accounts, process orders and coordinate timely deliveries with the logistics team, and collect credit sales within agreed timelines.
• Merchandising: ensure products are well displayed, stocked and priced correctly, with first-in-first-out stock rotation, and report on competitors, pricing, new launches and market shifts.
• Reporting: keep daily records of visits, feedback, conversion rates and revenue, and manage field schedules and pipelines independently.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of active sales experience in the FMCG industry; experience with retail and wholesale networks in Nairobi is highly preferred.
• Ability to pitch products, overcome objections and close high-volume deals.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Basic handling of pricing calculations, margins, invoices and debt reconciliations.
• FMCG sales and territory management.
