About the role

The Sales Representative will join SureLift Solutions Limited’s fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role focuses on promoting and selling FMCG products to retail outlets while ensuring strong brand visibility in the local market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential retail customers within the Westlands area.
  • Present product range, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.
  • Gather market feedback and report sales performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in FMCG sales, promotion, brand ambassadorship, merchandising or field sales.
  • Resident of Nairobi Westlands or surrounding neighborhoods.
  • Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
