Sales Representative – Funeral Home (3 openings)

About the role

The company is seeking three motivated Sales Representatives to promote funeral home services in Kabati, Murang’a County. You will act as the primary point of contact for families, institutions and community partners, helping them understand and choose appropriate funeral arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and promote funeral packages through community outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, insurance firms, churches, SACCOs and other referral partners.
• Participate in awareness campaigns, events and market‑development activities to increase visibility.
• Provide empathetic consultation and support to families throughout the service selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals and interactions; prepare regular activity reports.
• Represent the funeral home professionally, upholding values of dignity, compassion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with up to 24 months of relevant sales or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage sensitively with bereaved families.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and attend community events.
