Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell the company’s construction products and solutions, targeting walk‑in clients, contractors, developers and other prospects. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales cycle from quotation to closing, and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales across the full product portfolio and achieve agreed targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Engage walk‑in clients, contractors, developers and other prospects, understanding their needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and sales opportunities to ensure conversion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, building materials or interiors.
• Valid Category B, C, E, F or G driving licence.
• Proven prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
