About the role
The Sales Representative will promote and sell Mhasibu Sacco products and services, recruit new members and develop business opportunities in the Kisumu region.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and member recruitment targets.
- Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
- Maintain effective customer service that meets members’ expectations.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations and reports on time.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Collect member feedback at networking forums to generate leads and improve offerings.
- Participate in marketing activities and events.
- Analyse territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
Required profile
- Diploma in a business‑related field or equivalent; a relevant degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar sales or marketing position.
- Ability to meet monthly recruitment and retention targets.
Required skills
- Sales and marketing fundamentals.
- Customer relationship management.
- Report writing and presentation preparation.
