About the role
The Sales Representative will market and sell Mhasibu Sacco products and services, recruit new members and develop business opportunities. The role is based on‑site and focuses on achieving monthly sales and recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through member recruitment and portfolio growth.
- Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective members.
- Maintain effective customer service that meets members’ expectations.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations and timely reports.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Collect member feedback at networking forums to generate leads and improve offerings.
- Participate in marketing activities and events.
- Analyse territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
Required profile
- Diploma in a business‑related field or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar sales or marketing position.
- A relevant degree and professional body membership is an added advantage.
