Sales Representative – Outbound (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and partners, generating leads, making outbound calls and pitching our accounting, tax and migration services. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule (1:00 AM‑10:00 AM EAT) to align with Australian business hours and is based on‑site in our Nairobi office.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send LinkedIn messages and conduct video outreach to Australian prospects.
• Pitch and promote Contrarian Capital’s accounting, tax and migration services.
• Identify, approach and onboard referral partners, brokers and introducers.
• Book meetings and consultations for senior team members and consultants.
• Follow up on leads consistently and keep records updated in the CRM.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and partners.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, activity and results.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B, outbound or phone‑based sales experience.
• Excellent English communication – clear, confident and professional.
• High energy, self‑motivated and able to make 50+ calls per day.
• Resilient – handles rejection well and stays focused.
• Organised – follows up consistently and manages pipeline independently.
• Fully committed to the 1:00 AM‑10:00 AM EAT night‑shift and on‑site work.
• Results‑oriented – driven by targets, commissions and performance.
• Quick learner – can absorb product knowledge and communicate it confidently.
