Sales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

Surevest Properties Ltd is looking for energetic sales representatives to market and sell its land portfolio. You will work directly with prospective buyers, guiding them through the investment process and helping the company achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell company land to prospective clients.
• Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field prospecting.
• Follow up on client inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
• Educate clients on land features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
• Participate in company marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Represent Surevest Properties Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times.
• Stay informed about the company's land products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in real‑estate or land sales.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and field prospecting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.

• Monthly salary up to KES 15,000.
