Sales Representative – Real Estate Property Management (Kawangware)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Property Management team in Kawangware. The role focuses on acquiring landlords and property owners for our management services, combining sales expertise with a solid understanding of the Kenyan real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential landlords and property owners.
• Promote and market the company’s property management services.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors.
• Negotiate and close property management agreements.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits and market research.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects and clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
• Collaborate with operations and property management teams during onboarding.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and proactive.
• Good understanding of the Kenyan real‑estate market.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
