Sales Representative - Reservations

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is hiring a Sales Representative for reservations in Nairobi. You will speak with potential customers by phone, guide them through the booking process and use proven sales strategies to turn interest into confirmed reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Persuasively close reservation sales over the phone with clarity and confidence
• Guide customers through bookings with friendly, professional support
• Listen actively and address concerns with expert knowledge and assurance
• Follow proven sales strategies to drive high conversion rates
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and precision
• Consistently meet and exceed sales, quality and attendance targets

Required profile

• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential
• Previous call center experience is a strong advantage, though not compulsory
• Exceptional communication abilities and a customer-first approach
• Self-driven, eager to learn and focused on achieving results
