Sales Team Leader - Real Estate

About the role

Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd, a human capital consultancy in Nairobi County, Kenya, is hiring a Sales Team Leader for its real estate business in Kitengela. The role supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the sales team and drives property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance against set targets.
• Coach, mentor and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and close sales.
• Hold regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Carry out property presentations, site visits and client meetings, handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance updates, and keep sales records, customer databases and CRM systems up to date.
• Monitor sales pipelines so leads progress on time.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and property launches, and ensure sales documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Insurance or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years in real estate sales or property development, including at least 1 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes and customer relationship management.
• A valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
