Sales Trainee – EdTech

About the role

ABNO Softwares International, an EdTech company, is looking for ambitious, driven and curious people to join as Sales Trainees in Nairobi. The role offers hands-on experience and the chance to grow into a Business Development Executive position. There are 6 openings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.
• Conduct market research and proactively reach out to schools and educational institutions.
• Help schedule and prepare client presentations, demos and follow-up meetings.
• Promote marketing campaigns, webinars and events to drive interest and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and help identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Education Technology or a related field (a diploma is also acceptable).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and self-motivated, with a growth mindset.
