About the role
The Salesman Driver will cover the coastal‑eastern region of Kenya, visiting customers in Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Voi and Kibwezi. You will combine direct sales of our maize and wheat products with safe, reliable transportation of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned sales routes daily to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve sales targets within the agreed time‑frames.
- Maintain accurate cash receipts and submit daily sales proceeds.
- Provide courteous, efficient service and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle company property responsibly and adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
Required profile
- O Level (high school) completed.
- Valid Class BCE driving licence.
- At least two years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
