Scaffolding Mason – Full‑Time Construction Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Scaffolding Mason to join our construction team on a full‑time basis. The position is based in Westlands, Kenya, and involves assembling, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding structures in line with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding according to project requirements and safety regulations.
• Inspect all scaffolding components before installation to ensure integrity.
• Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders and safety barriers to secure the work area.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report any defects or hazards.
• Assist with loading, unloading and transporting scaffolding materials on site.
• Work at heights while adhering strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and other construction personnel.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Physical ability to work at heights and handle manual loads.
• Commitment to follow site safety regulations and wear required PPE.

Required skills

• Scaffolding assembly and dismantling.
• Safety inspection of scaffolding structures.
• Installation of guardrails, toe boards and ladders.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position.
• Monthly salary between KES 45,000 and KES 60,000.
