About the role
We are seeking a Backend Scala Engineer to join our client’s fast‑growing non‑profit social enterprise. You will help build and maintain digital platforms that encourage young women and adolescent girls to make positive health choices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain backend services using Scala.
- Implement new features and ensure platform stability and security.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members on development projects.
Required profile
- Strong experience building software from the ground up with Scala.
- Willingness to learn and deliver high‑quality, scalable code.
