SDR Supervisor – Nairobi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Supervisor to lead a team of SDRs at our Nairobi office. The role focuses on driving performance, meeting KPIs and aligning daily activities with the company’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of SDRs, ensuring individual and team KPI achievement.
• Oversee daily operations, workflow execution and quality of interactions.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, performance improvement plans and regular performance reviews.
• Deliver ongoing training through shadowing, role‑plays and other development activities.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience supervising sales or SDR teams.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage large teams and drive KPI‑focused performance.
