Security Coordinator – Dongo Kundu, Bonje

About the role

The Security Coordinator will support the development and implementation of security plans for Eni’s operations in Dongo Kundu, Bonje. The role focuses on risk assessment, incident response, and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of security objectives and plans.
• Assess, monitor and manage security risks, ensuring compliance with laws and company standards.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies and crises, providing timely reporting.
• Gather and analyse security and business intelligence to aid decision‑making.
• Maintain effective relationships with local authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Support investigations and security checks to protect employees, assets and company interests.

Required profile

• Secondary‑level technical education (degree preferred).
• Training in security, paramilitary and cyber‑security.
• Fluent in English; Kiswahili is an advantage.
• Experience in security operations and knowledge of local security procedures.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
