Security Foreman – Nairobi

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking a Security Foreman to lead and supervise its security team at the Westlands site in Nairobi. You will ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities while maintaining high standards of professional conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide security personnel, monitoring performance and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols, spot‑checks, and daily inspections of facilities and surrounding areas.
• Maintain accurate daily incident, accident, and activity reports.
• Assist the Security Supervisor with incident management and on‑ground insights.
• Lead investigations, interviews, and emergency response actions, including evacuations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, ensuring all security technology is operational.
• Handle complaints, resolve disturbances, and escort unauthorized persons off the premises.
• Motivate, coach, and train security staff to sustain morale and high performance.
• Perform risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar security leadership role (e.g., Security Foreman, Senior Guard).
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and inspections, including night‑shift duties.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
