Security Manager

About the role

Juyons Kenya is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead security operations across its construction and manufacturing facilities. The role involves overseeing CCTV and surveillance systems, managing investigations into theft and breaches, and ensuring the safety of assets, employees, and equipment on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations and procedures.
• Ensure protection of company assets, employees, materials and equipment.
• Manage and monitor CCTV, surveillance, access control, alarms and other security technologies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Supervise security guards and outsourced security service providers.
• Lead investigations into theft, security breaches and other incidents.
• Maintain security records and prepare incident reports for management.
• Liaise with police and other relevant security agencies when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Criminology, Security Management, Forensic Science, Law Enforcement or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in security management.
• Experience in a construction, manufacturing or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work in a construction/site environment and respond to security incidents.
• Military, police or law‑enforcement background is an added advantage.
