Senior Account Manager – PR & Digital

About the role

Woodrow is seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong PR and media expertise who can also lead digital and social communications. The role blends traditional media relations with modern online storytelling, helping clients shape narratives across press, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media strategies that align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, secure coverage in national, trade and international outlets.
• Draft pitches, press releases, briefing notes and client updates.
• Advise clients on integrating social and digital channels with PR campaigns.
• Create social media plans, content calendars and write compelling copy for posts and campaigns.
• Guide the production of LinkedIn content, executive profiles and paid social assets.
• Brief designers, video editors and other creative partners as needed.
• Monitor performance data, refine content and report insights to clients.
• Manage client workstreams, timelines, approvals and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, media relations and account management.
• Strong writing ability and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of how different digital platforms operate and how social content supports broader PR goals.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to lead multiple client projects simultaneously.
