Senior Agentic Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Platform Engineer to own and evolve Liz Agent, our AI‑driven platform that powers neuro‑contextual advertising at global scale. You will work on a cloud‑native stack, ensuring the platform is reliable, scalable and secure for multiple product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain the core Liz Agent runtime, including execution, context management and event streaming.
• Develop MCP tool servers, APIs, authentication and policy services for secure agent access.
• Advance agent capabilities with multi‑model routing, memory, durable execution and LLM frameworks.
• Implement observability, monitoring and tracing to guarantee platform stability.
• Define scalable APIs, CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native deployment standards.
• Enforce security controls, prompt‑injection protection and automated regression testing.
• Lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers and collaborate across Data, ML, Platform and Product teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years building and maintaining production backend systems.
• Strong Python expertise with asynchronous programming, clean architecture and testing.
• Hands‑on experience delivering LLM applications or AI agents in production.
• Deep understanding of event‑driven architectures, microservices, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with LLMOps, observability, CI/CD and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AI security, authentication, access controls and prompt‑injection protection.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers.
