Senior AI Engineer (Remote, Global)

About the role

ChainGPT is seeking a senior AI engineer to lead the development of its enterprise AI platform, Brain by AIVM. The role is fully remote and involves working closely with founders and senior team members to turn AI‑assisted prototypes into production‑grade software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship core product features, systems and infrastructure.
• Transform fast‑moving AI‑assisted prototypes into reliable, scalable production software.
• Own architecture, security, quality and technical direction for major product components.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) and AI agents to increase engineering output while maintaining oversight.
• Define engineering standards, architecture patterns, review practices and AI‑native workflows.
• Collaborate with founders on product strategy, technical trade‑offs and execution.
• Debug complex issues, make high‑judgment technical decisions and raise the engineering bar.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience building and shipping production software used by real users.
• Proven track record handling production incidents, scaling, reliability and long‑term maintainability.
• Deep understanding of where AI tools are powerful, their limitations, and when human judgment is required.
• Ability to move quickly from prototype to production and take ownership of complex technical decisions.
