Senior Analyst – Executive & Business Operations

About the role

Cellulant is seeking a senior analyst to support the Office of the CEO and the Executive Committee across its pan‑African fintech operations. The role combines high‑visibility strategic analysis with execution of cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the Executive Committee’s operating rhythm, shaping agendas, capturing decisions and driving actions to closure.
• Develop and quality‑assure Board, investor and executive materials, turning financial and operational data into coherent narratives.
• Maintain an integrated view of CEO priorities, test progress, identify slippage and coordinate resolutions with accountable leaders.
• Undertake structured analysis for CEO‑commissioned questions, synthesising competing perspectives into clear recommendations.
• Lead selected strategic projects from the CEO’s office, assembling leaders, maintaining momentum and ensuring delivery without displacing functional ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous analytical discipline; a master’s, MBA or progress towards CFA/ACCA/ACA is advantageous.
• 3‑6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, transaction services or a high‑growth fintech environment.
• Strong analytical foundation with proven ability to produce board‑ready materials and engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information and independent judgement.
