Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Manager

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to design, build, and own the Revenue data architecture and analytics engineering layer. You will create a scalable, reliable data foundation that powers GTM reporting, forecasting, and advanced analytics across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end GTM data architecture, from source systems through transformation layers to BI consumption.
• Build and maintain scalable data models supporting full‑funnel and revenue analytics.
• Develop and manage ELT/ETL pipelines integrating CRM, marketing automation, finance, and customer platforms.
• Ensure data pipelines are reliable, monitored, performant, and well‑documented.
• Own canonical data models for Marketing, Sales, Pipeline, Revenue, Retention, and Expansion.
• Standardize event, object, and metric definitions across systems.
• Define how transformed data is exposed to BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau and maintain a governed semantic layer.
• Lead a small team of data analysts, coaching and training them on architecture and implementation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong experience in data engineering, analytics, and RevOps.
• Player‑coach mindset: able to design solutions and guide others to implement them.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.
