Senior Developer

About the role

Network International is seeking a Senior Developer to join its technology team. You will work on production‑grade systems that support payments, data insights, lending and other financial services across more than 50 countries. The role is embedded in an Agile environment and involves mentoring junior developers while delivering high‑quality, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain applications using PHP, Golang, Vue.js, Node.js and Microsoft SQL.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, secure, maintainable code.
• Review, troubleshoot, debug and optimise code for performance and reliability.
• Support system architecture, integration design, database design and API development.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, operations and business teams to plan and deliver projects.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and aligned with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior software developer in a fast‑paced, FinTech or payments environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in Agile teams and mentoring junior developers.
