Senior Exports Supervisor M/F

About the role

The Senior Exports Supervisor will lead daily export operations, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction. This role coordinates documentation, customs clearance, shipping and warehouse activities while supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily export processes to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Coordinate documentation, customs clearance, shipping, transport and warehouse activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare regular reports and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues and support retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, KRA requirements and internal procedures.
• Prepare quotations, operational proposals and support new customer onboarding.
• Coach, allocate work and evaluate performance of the export team.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in export operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team.
