Senior Financial Analyst – Customer Service Finance

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Customer Service Finance team. In this position you will act as a strategic partner, helping to shape finance initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams, collaborating across finance and business teams.
• Deliver projects independently with limited oversight to scale controllership and add value.
• Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and business context.
• Create structure for broad project scopes and break them into actionable steps.
• Utilize finance tools, systems, and software efficiently in day‑to‑day activities.
• Prioritize tasks, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback when conflicts arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related analytical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tax, finance or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify processes.
