About the role
The Senior Foreman will lead the construction activities on a G+4 block project located in Kisumu. This is a full‑time, onsite position for an 11‑month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate trades on the G+4 block construction.
- Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, report to project management, and address on‑site issues promptly.
Required profile
- Senior‑level construction professional with at least 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage a construction site and lead a workforce.

What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from KES 45,000 to KES 60,000.
- Full‑time employment on a fixed‑term contract.
- Potential contract renewal after performance review.
